Season 9 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" premiered June 8 on the E! network. After all these years, why do we still care about keeping up with Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and the rest of the fam'? Here's why we're still tuning in:
There are some real emotions going on.
Last season, Scott Disick coped with the death of his mother. Earlier this year, Scott's dad died (just three months after the death of his mother). During the Season 9 premiere, we learn about how Scott is dealing with the loss of his parents.
Khloe's pending divorce.
During the season premiere, we find Khloe struggling with her pending divorce from Lamar Odom -- and selling their house. Khloe finds it difficult to move out because she thinks her house is the last thing holding the marriage together. While not everyone has the struggle of selling a multi-million dollar home, many families have been touched by divorce.
Kourtney is pregnant ... again.
The pregnancy rumors were confirmed in a teaser after the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" premiere. This season, we'll see Kourtney's pregnancy unfold -- and find out if she and Scott will finally become engaged. On previous seasons, Mama Kris has told Kourtney that she and Scott should be married if they keep having kids.
Love 'em or hate 'em, the Kardashians are entertaining.
The show has been on for nine seasons -- that's not including the spin-offs -- and the family is still funny. With their new family dynamic -- Kris and Bruce have separated, Kim is married with a kid, and Kendall and Kylie are all grown up -- we certainly won't be bored this season.
