'The Voice'
The much-coveted post-Super Bowl slot for the 2012 edition of the game is going to the first major hit NBC has had in a long time ¿ "The Voice."
The U.S. edition of the international singing competition show, which features Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as judges, has a chance to grab its highest ratings ever in the slot immediately after the end of the Patriots-Giants game. For years, the networks have used the slot to either promote their biggest shows or launch a hopeful series. Some have gone on to successful lives while others have flopped without the crutch of big-time football to help them out. Here's a look back at the touchdowns and fumbles of post-Super Bowl TV. |
