I was fortunate enough to have gotten to meet Adam & the rest of Maroon 5 when they toured my city last year. He was nothing but really nice, even offering to hug everybody, when we were specifically told by security not to even try to touch them. He joked around a lot, which leads me to believe that most of the quotes are just jokes taken out of context.

He doesn't seem like he's that bad in person, at least not from what I've seen. But of course, he's a musician, and like all musicians, he plays a part onstage, on television, in magazines and all else. I've never met him personally, and I can say I wouldn't mind doing so, if I had the chance. I won't pay for one, but I'd stand outside waiting for him. But anyhow...if he was that big of a cocky jack***, he wouldn't be with the girl he's with now.

Honestly, those quotes weren't that bad, I was laughing at most of them.

Oh isnt this cute.. have you ever met Adam? Have you ever seen Maroon 5 in concert? Sure he plays the cocky front man.. is he the only one? Hell no.. PLENTY of lead singers are cocky. Kinda part of their job. Would you rather see a wimpy, boring front man? Or a sexy guy full of confidance? As a "chick" (and no calling a girl a chick not douchy, and I am one) Are some of his comments obnoxious .. sure, but its these things you can laugh off.

Maroon 5 as a whole put on an AMAZING show.. music is great, the lyrics, the singing and the band are ALL amazing musicans. AND are ALL really nice guys, INCLUDING ADAM! Ive met him at least 10 times and every single time he has been nothing but nice to me and my friends. Hes good to his fans and THAT is what is important! So he makes a few comments WHO CARES (Well you do.. aww) But in the long run, hes a great musican who is totally good to his fans. Personally thats all I want in a band / lead singer I want!
