The Great B'more Meat-Up
Could you use a little more meat in your life? We thought so. That's why we asked six Baltimore chefs to come up with ridiculously meaty dishes, and serve them for a month. After they stopped laughing, they agreed.
Now, it's your turn. If you can consume all six in four weeks, we'll tell your story in b, and send you an official Certificate of Awesomeness (and a referral to a good cardiologist). Just send photos to Sam Sessa (email@example.com) proving you did it. We're calling this food challenge the Great B'more Meat-Up.
It's not just about eating a ton of meat, though. Yes, the Federal Hill Defibrillator at Mother's and the HON burger at Kooper's are stacked almost to the ceiling with meaty goodness. But items like the Hare-ford Road Gravy Train at Clementine and the 36th Street Meat at the Food Market are more guilty pleasures than gut-busters. They're all deliciously decadent. And they're yours to conquer. Think you can meat the challenge?
