(aka: the Magnificent 109 miles) have necessitated a wicked sense of humor -- about everything. Prone to pepper everyday conversation with words such as "malarkey" and "rama lama ding dong," he angers and dismays his enemies with deep cackles that pierce the eardrums of the common man. Why so serious? Because Joe rarely is.
