Owner Jim "Half-Irish" Quigley may not be full-blown Emerald Isle, but his St. Patrick's Day celebration certainly is. With doors opening at 6 a.m. with full Irish fare and penny (that's right, 1 cent) Guinness pints to start the day, it's not surprising that this neighborhood bar will get hopping pretty early. Beer for breakfast with bangers? Yes, please.
