Baltimore's top 10 food trucks
Two years ago, you could count the number of Baltimore's food trucks on one hand. For most people, "food truck" meant the dude on the corner slinging crappy hot dogs -- or, if you were lucky, a passable gyro.
How did we survive? These days, Baltimore has something like 20 food trucks, serving everything from high-end cupcakes to Korean BBQ pulled pork tacos. They're all over the city, even as far out as Towson and Owings Mills. But they're not all delicious. To separate the best from the rest, we sampled dishes from every regularly touring food truck in town. When ranking the top 10, we took a few factors into consideration: How good is the concept behind the food truck? Is the menu interesting, and the food tasty? Do they take credit cards, and are they good about updating Twitter and Facebook with their location? Here are the 10 that rise above the rest of Baltimore's ever-growing food truck fleet. |

Top 10 based on who? This is just someone opinion, and it looks like it is based on not having tried the food.
Concept? Interesting menu?
Rating a FOOD truck should based on one things only, THE FOOD, and to a smaller extent, the price.
Some of these food trucks leave much to be desired for what you pay and what you get. They are merely a novelty. Try some no-name food trucks and you will be surprised.
