Pictures: 6 weeks to a better body
We are now six weeks (!) from the beginning of pool and beach season. But fret not. The plan below details how, by making small changes each week, you can have your body looking leaner and ready for outdoor summer festivities. Each week, you will be given a new piece to the overall exercise and nutrition plan. As we add new pieces each following week, do these in addition the everything from the previous weeks. Building your $50 home gym
The exercise routines included in our plan will not require you to possess a gym membership, but you will need a few basic items. These can be picked up at any local mass retailer or sporting goods store. You will need one pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Guys, your dumbbells should be 20 pounds each. Ladies, 15 pounds each. Any yoga mat will do, just something to pad your back while you are lying on the floor.
