How to Make The Boulevardier
2 ounces rye or Bourbon
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass filled with ice; strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
