12. Year 2 with offensive line coach Juan Castillo

Year 1 appeared to be an unmitigated disaster with the implementation of a zone-blocking scheme for the offensive line. Castillo took much of the blame for the offense's ineptitude in 2013, and judging by the performance of the O-line, that may have been warranted. But there's only room to improve in Year 2. With better personnel and a more refined offensive scheme, the Ravens offense should show marked improvement in the trenches.
