( Karl Merton Ferron, Baltimore Sun photo / December 18, 2012 ) Chef Neal Langermann pays homage to Julia Child with a four-course menu of classic French cuisine -- French onion soup, filet of sole meuniere, shrimp quenelles, seared scallops, roasted tenderloin of beef, roasted pheasant and, for dessert, cream puffs with chocolate mousse, crepes suzette and apple snow with caramel drizzles. The cost is $50 ($75 with wine pairings). Reservations are being taken from 4 p.m. to midnight. |
