Jennifer King, right, of Pasadena, and her fellow Ravens Roost 102 are among the thousands plungers taking a dip into the Chesapeake Bay during the 16th annual Maryland State Police Polar Bear plunge at Sandy Point State Park. The event has raised an estimated $19 million for Special Olympics Maryland over the past 15 years.
