Baltimore's top Halloween events [Pictures]

For years, Fells Point has been the city's ultimate Halloween hot spot. Lines outside of bars start forming as early as 9 p.m., according to Max's Taphouse manager Bob Simko. "Fells Point is ground zero for Halloween partiers," Simko said. "It gets bigger every year. It's almost like a Mardi Gras attitude out here. Nothing negative -- it's just people having a good time." If Fells Point sounds too busy, Baltimore offers plenty of other options.
