Baltimore's top Halloween events [Pictures]
For years, Fells Point has been the city's ultimate Halloween hot spot. Lines outside of bars start forming as early as 9 p.m., according to Max's Taphouse manager Bob Simko. "Fells Point is ground zero for Halloween partiers," Simko said. "It gets bigger every year. It's almost like a Mardi Gras attitude out here. Nothing negative -- it's just people having a good time."
If Fells Point sounds too busy, Baltimore offers plenty of other options. To help you narrow down your plans, we've compiled a list of events celebrating Halloween in their own unique ways. -- Wesley Case

Prizes valued at more than $15,000 will be handed out at Power Plant Live's celebration, including cash, trips, concert tickets and more. A costume contest, hosted by Mix 106.7's Priestly, will crown the "Sexiest Female," "Best Couple or Group" and "Best Overall."
Each bar within Power Plant Live will have its own theme party playing off the "Hollywood" theme. Examples include Mosaic, which hosts a "Walking Dead" party, and Lienenkugel's Beer Garden, which will cover its windows in green slime for its "Ghostbusters" party.
