The Baltimore Museum of Art showcases 90,000 works of 19th-century, modern and contemporary art. It is home to the world's most comprehensive collection of work by Henri Matisse and one of the country's largest collections of late works by Andy Warhol. Other major collections include Antioch mosaics, African art, art of the Ancient Americas and textiles. There are also two 20th-century sculpture gardens on the grounds at 10 Art Museum Drive, near Johns Hopkins University. In the summer, the gardens regularly host jazz concerts. Just as big an attraction as the art is the museum's restaurant, Gertrude's, which run by Chef John Shields. The house specialty is crab cakes, but you can find a variety of affordable entrees for lunch and dinner. In 2006, a grant allowed the Walters and Baltimore Museum of Art to make their admission free. That move sparked the creation of Free Fall Baltimore, a series of no-charge performances held around the city.
