Playing dress-up, Hon-style
Dressing up Hon-style is easy if you've already got the duds.
If you don't, you could spend days trolling vintage boutiques, looking for the right ingredients. Every Hon must have a towering beehive wig, cat-eye glasses and flashy kicks. But the trick is being able to accessorize. For Honfest, brighter is always better. You'll need all the help you can get to stand out in the sea of Hons at this weekend's festival.
The necessary pieces for the perfect Hon outfit can all be found at Hampden boutiques. While the shoes are on the expensive side, the rest of the ensemble comes cheap, leaving more than enough money for a cold Boh and a slice of summer pie.--By Hannah Morgan

Pumps
How's this for sassy: These standout orange-soled pumps from Ma Petite Shoe have fruit-shaped designs sewn onto the sides of the hot pink straps, and mighty 2.5-inch wooden heels. At $130, they're bank-busters, but they'll turn heads this weekend. There's even a little bird perched on one of the straps. It's no flamingo, but it's close enough.
