Fort McHenry
There have been stories over the years of sightings of the ghosts of Lt. Levi Clagett and Pvt. John Drew at Fort McHenry. Author Ed Okonowicz told The Baltimore Sun in 2004 that he considers Fort McHenry the most haunted site in Baltimore.
