Drums on the highway
State troopers noticed a man playing a drum kit on the shoulder of the Interstate 695 inner loop, between Windsor Mill Road and Security Boulevard, a spokeswoman said. He told state police he had run out of gas and decided to set up and practice until assistance arrived. Read the rest of the story.
