Mustaches are in this Halloween. Waters keeps his tidy, so a pencil-thin streak will suffice. To complete the director's look, you'll need a suit jacket -- plaid would be great, but a dark one will do. If you're not into wearing a button-down and tie, switch it up with a turtleneck and scarf. And don't forget the Converse.
