Abby Ingle, a footwear buyer for Baltimore's own sports-apparel giant Under Armour, knows how to go toe to toe with fashion. Shoes are one of her personal fashion weaknesses, but not the kind she buys for business. This 26-year-old Elkridge resident keeps herself sleek and chic in ballet flats and heels, along with jeans for every occasion.

Self-described style: "Classic. Very simple."

The look: Yellow three-quarter-length sleeve cotton T-shirt. Cropped, gray cotton-knit cardigan. Bootcut jeans. Steve Madden gray suede ballet flats. Dolce & Gabbana tan hobo handbag. Cubic zirconia stud earrings. Silver and diamond David Yurman ring. Diamond and platinum engagement ring.

Where it's from: The tee and cardigan come from Old Navy. She found her jeans at Express and her shoes at DSW. She got her handbag while she was on a business trip in Hong Kong. She doesn't remember where she got her earrings. Her Yurman ring was a gift, and her engagement ring came from fiance Kerry Fitzgerald.

Fashion-itis: "I shop weekly. It's a sickness. Columbia mall is probably my primary place to shop, especially at Nordstrom. J. Crew, Abercrombie [& Fitch] and Banana [Republic] are my other favorites."

Wardrobe favorites: "I have a black Chloe bag that is sort of my favorite right now. And I just recently got a pair of Juicy Couture boots. They're knee-high, maybe tan suede. And they have little gold accents and pockets on the sides, which is so cute. I tend to match them with anything I can, even though they do hurt."

It's all business: "I wear flats more often than sneakers. ... We counted my shoes when I recently switched my summer and winter wardrobe, and the last count was 76."

Jeans, Jeans, Jeans: "I'd say I have about 30 to 35 pairs. When I'm not dressed up, I'm always in jeans. [You need a lot because] you've got to match them with certain shirts. The pockets are very important, aside [from needing] straight, boot cut and flare [styles]. And I think you need separate pairs for flats and for heels. Right now, I like True Religion. And I like my Express jeans. They fit me really well."
