Every Halloween, the centuries-old Westminster Hall and Burying Ground gives Baltimoreans a welcome case of the creeps. On Halloween night, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., continuous tours will be offered of the graveyard and catacombs, as well as the adjacent Westminster Hall, one of the city's oldest structures. With luck, you may even encounter one of the graveyard's most famous residents, a Mr. E. A. Poe. So get dressed up in your finest Halloween frightery and check it out -- if you dare.
