During waterfowl season, hunters often bring their ducks and geese to Milne to be prepared for the evening dinner crowds. Some of Milne's signature dishes include oysters with champagne sauce, horseradish mashed potatoes, smoked salmon with crispy wontons and wasabi sauce, and coffee-Butterfinger crunch ice cream. The menu is a la carte every night except Saturday, when a Price Fixe meal of appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert and coffee goes for $50. Reservations are always recommended.
