WOODSIDE (9-0, 8-0 district) AT BETHEL (7-2, 6-2)
WHEN: 7 p.m.
WHERE: Darling Stadium, Hampton.
THE BUZZ: Both teams have plenty on the line. Woodside is going for its first outright district championship and has a chance, albeit slight, of a No. 1 seed in Eastern Region Division 6. Bethel hopes to at least maintain its No. 6 rating and possibly move up. The Bruins have the district's best passing game with QB Frank Brown (50%, 1,839 yards, 18 TDs, 10 INTs) and WRs Willie Davis (41-631-9) and Rashawn Proctor (39-861-8). Woodside is holding opponents to 46-percent accuracy and 76 yards a game. QB/DB Donnell Lewis (137 total ypg, 11 TDs) will be the key for the Wolverines.
THE PICK: Woodside 24-18.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
