Cabell Rosanelli, who ran track and cross country at William and Mary, was the top men’s finisher and set a course record at Saturday's W&M Homecoming Run 5K on the Eastern State Hospital course.

Rosanelli, 26, finished in 16 minutes, 30 seconds, breaking Blaine O’Reilly’s time of 16:38 in 2011.

Jennifer Quarles of Williamsburg was the top women’s finisher in 21:58.

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hadn't lost in regulation all season until the Norfolk Admirals came to town Saturday.

Maxime Sauve scored the winning goal in the third period of Norfolk’s 2-1 win over the AHL-leading Penguins in Pennsylvania.

The Admirals, who are in their second year as the Anaheim Ducks' top affiliate, improved to 5-1-0-2. The Penguins, Pittsburgh's top feeder club, fell to 6-1-0-1.
