Bruno Gervais scored the tiebreaking goal on a 5-on-3 power play 9:44 into the final period, giving the Adirondack Phantoms (13-11-0-2) a 5-4 victory over Norfolk in the first of a two-game AHL series at Scope.
The Admirals (13-11-1-4) are winless in their last four games, including two one-goal defeats in two nights.
