Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Radke is all smiles after he and his wife won a first kiss raffle upon Radke's return the USS Bataan after a 10 1/2 month deployment, the longest ship deployment in 40 years for the U.S. Navy. Radke's wife purchased 300 $1 tickets to hedge he chances of winning. "She could have spent another $300 and I wouldn't have cared," stated the Petty Officer, all smiles after his $300 kiss.
