It's gotten to the point where it's probably easier to report on what's still happening rather than what's been canceled. If it was scheduled for Saturday or Sunday, It's probably been scrapped. I'll continue to update this post through the day.
-- The Felice Brothers concert at The Jewish Mother in Virginia Beach on Friday, Aug. 26 has been indefinitely postponed.
-- The NorVa in Norfolk has postponed shows Friday, Aug. 26 through Sunday, Aug. 28. Those include the Dub Nation show Friday, Audiostroblight tomorrow night, and The Damned Things on Sunday. All tickets purchased for each of these shows will be honored on the new dates. Audiostroblight has been rescheduled to Friday, Sept. 16. New dates for Dub Nation and The Damned Things will be announced next week, according to a message from The NorVa.
-- A Bryan Forrest show Friday, Aug. 26 at Vintner's Cellar Winery and Bistro in York County has been canceled.
-- A pair of concerts by Tret Fure planned for the weekend have been combined and rescheduled to take place Friday, Aug. 26, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Peninsula at 13136 Warwick Blvd., Newport News. Music will start at 7:30 p.m.
-- According to the Facebook page for the Hampton Taphouse, the blues band Rylo and rockers Pawn Shop Lifters will perform Saturday, Aug. 27, regardless of weather conditions. Showtime is 10 p.m.
