Not about Delaware Senate hopefuls

Come for the witchcraft, stay for the fun. “The Witches,” a “fiendishly clever” tale set in contemporary England, opens at 8 p.m. Friday at the little hall in Chrysler Hall. Based on a book by Roald Dahl and adapted by David Wood, the tale centers on Luke, a young boy whose parents have just died. Luke’s grandmother takes him to a posh hotel where a secret coven of witches is holding its annual convention. $15. 215 St. Paul Blvd., Norfolk. 441-2160.
