The Coleman Bridge will have southbound, single lane closures on Sunday morning for maintenance work.
Crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to perform electrical-mechanical work to the bridge, said a Virginia Department of Transportation spokeswoman. The bridge will remain operational but traffic may be affected by two 30-minute southbound traffic stops.
The first stop will be at approximately 9 a.m. and the second will be around noon, the spokeswoman said.
If the work activities are affected by weather, the maintenance will be pushed back to the following Sunday.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
