Chef Chad Martin of Circa 1918 Kitchen + Bar in Newport News will guest at the July 30 Chefs' Table present by Taste Unlimited at its Norfolk store.
Hosted by chef Patrick Evans-Hylton, the event gives participants a chance to watch Martin demonstrate and enjoy his dishes along with wines and cheeses. His “Modern Classics” menu will feature poached shrimp with watermelon gazpacho, chicken ballotine and chocolate truffle cake with peanut butter chocolate chunk ice cream.
