Police: Armed teenagers driving robbery spike in Baltimore

Bryce Bowen, 25, who has permanent address, was arrested on June 12, 2008 by Hampton Police. Around 2:46 p.m. that day, police were called to a home on Marcella Road. The resident said she had heard a noise at her front door and saw a man trying to pry open the door, when she looked out of the window. Police believe that Bowen was responsible for several other burglaries. He was arrested and charged with seven counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, seven counts of grand larceny, one count of attempted breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony and one count of possession of burglary tools. He was also charged with an outstanding capias from Newport News and breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony and grand larceny in York County.
