Another nod in the White Sox's favor was their signing policy, which was that the players sign until all fans are served. This became an issue at CubsCon when Starlin Castro bounced at his assigned time of 4 p.m. with about 25 people stranded in line. Here we see former Sox center fielder Aaron Rowand signing for fans. After he finished, he and I walked out of the room to a quiet hallway to conduct an interview, and between the podium and the hallway Rowand probably signed an additional 10 autographs for fans who had a "Whoa! There's Aaron Rowand!" moment.
