Like at CubsCon, SoxFest featured a games room, where fans could practice pitching and hitting. Unlike at CubsCon, the gatekeepers at the SoxFest games room were three giant, hideously frightening plush statues of Carlton Fisk, Ron Kittle and Harold Baines. Many fans posed with them for photos-¿parents would prop their kids up next to them to mock the height differential, and many fans insisted on "feeding them" cups of beer. Personally, I stayed away--they were horrifying.
