Blotter: Footwear, PlayStation and two laptops stolen in Bolingbrook

PlayStation 3, desktop computers and shoes were among items stolen in Bolingbrook

The following items were taken from police reports:

Two laptops, a pair of Nike shoes, a pair of Timberland boots and a PlayStation 3 with controllers and video games were all reported stolen Aug. 13 from a residence in the 600 block of Red Barn Trail. The loss was valued at $1,400.

Two offenders walked into the Walmart at 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr. Aug. 11 and placed eight desktop computers in shopping carts before exiting the store without paying. The loss was valued at $3,200.

A glass window and a door of a residence were broken with a landscaping rock Aug. 13 in the 300 block of Applewood Drive.

A vehicle's passenger window was reported damaged Aug. 13 in the 600 block of Sundance Drive.

Two offenders entered the Sunglass Hut at 639 E. Boughton Rd. Aug. 12 and walked out with five pairs of sunglasses they did not pay for. The loss was valued at $855.

Two TVs were reported stolen Aug. 12 from a residence in the 500 block of Piccadilly Lane. A screen was also cut on the residence.

A men's bicycle was reported stolen Aug. 12 from the 500 block of Charlestown Drive. The loss was valued at $250.

An unknown offender exited a taxi at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 11 in Lot O of Fernwood Drive without paying the $72 fare.
