<b>The Frenchman sandwich</b><br> <b>at Saigon Sisters, $8</b><br> This outpost of the Lake Street Vietnamese restaurant (about a two-minute walk away) cuts to the chase with a banh mi sandwich-heavy menu. Of all their creative takes, The Frenchman is my favorite &#8212; turkey confit'd in duck fat with pickled mustard seeds and candied kumquats. Exactly like Thanksgiving night in Hanoi.
