Damen Ave., 773-252-1500; theviolethour.com Recipe: 2 ounces Wild Turkey 101 bourbon 3/4 ounce lemon juice 3/4 ounce Rothman & Winter Pear liquer 1/2 ounce saigon cinnamon syrup 1/8 ounce simple syrup 1 dash Fees Old Fashioned bitters Lemon peel garnish Reserve garnish, combine ingredients in shaker; shake hard. Strain into rocks glass over one large chunk of ice Garnish with lemon peel expressed and inserted into drink.
