Tracy O. Kerr, CFA, has been named senior vice president of corporate development at Oak Brook-based Access Media 3. Kerr will be responsible for strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments. She has 18 years of experience in merger and acquisition advisory services and venture capital investing, including her most recent role as Managing Director at Meritage Funds. Prior to Meritage, she was a partner of The Wallach Company, a Denver-based boutique investment bank specializing in merger and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity.
