Dr. Grace K. Suh, M.D., a medical oncologist specializing in breast cancers, issues related to women¿s cancers has joined the cancer care team at the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. She will also see patients in the breast-medical oncology clinic at the University of Chicago Medicine in Hyde Park. Suh has been a principle investigator on several clinical trials and translational research projects. Board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, Suh earned her bachelor's degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University in 1999, after spending an extra year working with researchers studying protein folding at Oxford University. She completed her internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she served as a clinical instructor for one year. In 2010, she finished a fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
