At IFF, Shields will oversee financial planning, accounting, cash management, investments, audit and fiscal operations as well as government compliance.<br>

Before joining IFF, Shields, 60, spent more than 30 years at JPMorgan Chase (originally First National Bank of Chicago), most recently as chief financial officer for Corporate Real Estate & Security.

At IFF, Shields will oversee financial planning, accounting, cash management, investments, audit and fiscal operations as well as government compliance.

Shields has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
