Reynolds has responsibility for Humana’s commercial health insurance business in Illinois, including strategic direction, growth and financial performance.

Reynolds has been with Humana since 2004, serving as vice president and practice leader for its large group sales team in Illinois.

In his 20 years in the health-care industry, Reynolds also was vice president of sales at WebMD.

He has a B.S. in economics from Northern Illinois University.
