Jodi Patt Pellettiere has been made a partner of Quarles & Brady LLP, the law firm announced Monday. Pellettiere is a member of the Firm's Corporate Services Group. She represents a variety of tax-exempt entities (including public charities, private and public foundations, and charitable and educational institutions) in matters such as securing rulings from the IRS and advising organizations regarding compliance with tax laws and best practices for not-for-profit organizations. Pellettiere has been selected for inclusion in the Illinois Super Lawyers-Rising Stars Edition in the area of non-profit law annually since 2008. Pellettiere received her law degree, cum laude, from <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000132" title="Northwestern University" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/northwestern-university-OREDU0000132.topic">Northwestern University</a> School of Law in 2002 and her undergraduate degree from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000155" title="University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/university-of-illinois-at-urbana-champaign-OREDU0000155.topic">University of Illinois</a> in 1999.
