She is co-chair of the Tax Controversy and Tax Litigation team and a member of the White Collar Defense team.<br>

With clients ranging from individuals to multi-national corporations, Johnson handles all stages of criminal and civil investigations and litigation, including voluntary disclosures, sensitive audits and examinations, search warrants, grand jury subpoenas, negotiated resolutions with the Department of Justice, IRS, and other federal agencies, trials in federal district court and Tax Court, sentencings and appeals.  Her recent successes include two Tax Court trial victories that saved her clients over $70 million.<br>
