In June of 2010, Sara Lee announced that it would sell its remaining insecticides business to cleaning products company S.C. Johnson, which is based in Racine, Wis. The deal was valued at around $188 million. S.C Johnson's deals with Sara Lee continued in late December. Last week, it reached an agreement to acquire Sara Lee's global shoe care business, which includes the Kiwi brand, in a deal worth $328 million.
