History Comes Alive in Springfield

In Springfield, a special exhibit at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum takes visitors inside what it was like to be a president during the Civil War. During "History Comes Alive," which runs through August 15, visitors will also enjoy a wide array of free interpretive experiences at multiple Lincoln historic sites, including: Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Old State Capitol, Lincoln-Herndon Law Office, Lincoln Depot and Vachel Lindsay Home.
