Veteran lineup for Blackhawks vs. Red Wings

The Chicago Blackhawks will trot out a lineup for Wednesday night's exhibition game against the Red Wings that could be similar to the one they use during the regular season.

Patrick Kane and Marian Hossa will make their preseason debuts and will be joined by mainstays including Jonathan Toews, Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Dave Bolland and Andrew Brunette. Corey Crawford will start in goal.

Many of the Wings' top players won't make the trip to the United Center for the game.

Here are the full rosters for Wednesday night's game:


FORWARDS: Brunette, Toews, Mayers, Stalberg, Smith, Bickell, Bolland, Saad, Frolik, Hossa, Olesz, Kane.

DEFENSEMEN: Keith, Hjalmarsson, O'Donnell, Seabrook, Leddy, Lepisto.

GOALTENDERS: Crawford, Salak.

Red Wings

FORWARDS: Abdelkader, Nyquist, Brunnstrom, Eaves, Miller, Tatar, Hudler, Conner, Johnson, Helm, Emmerton, Ferraro, Andersson.

DEFENSEMEN: Smith, Exelby, Kindl, Commodore, Lashoff, Ehrhardt, Janik, Ericsson.

GOALTENDERS: Conklin, Pearce.
