A helicopter places a piece of the spire on top of Trump Tower on Saturday morning in Chicago. Even as biting winds snapped the flags on the Michigan Avenue Bridge, a blue and white Sikorsky S-61 helicopter dangled the three-legged steel sections of the spire over the tower's roof. Ironworkers on the roof were able to align the sections with the spire's already-constructed base. They then bolted the sections into place.
