A road collapsed in a landslide on the outskirts of Colon City, Panama. According to local media, a person missing in the collapse is Jorge Aleman, the risk management coordinator of Panama's Red Cross. Approximately more than 1000 homes have been affected by flooding in Panama, which occurred as a result of heavy rains in the western part of the capital.
