Kyle Woods' youthful enthusiasm shows when he is behind the DJ decks. The 23-year-old Lakeview-based DJ, who performs as Kid Color, says moving a crowd and sharing his passion for music is all he's ever wanted to do.

Since moving to Chicago five years ago to attend Columbia College, Woods has focused on honing his craft and getting parties started any way he can. While many local DJs feature current hits, Woods is happiest spinning sets of new and vintage disco. This weekend, he'll be doing a four-hour set at the Whistler.<br><br><B>
