FDR flies to Chicago Municipal

Crowds gathered at Chicago Municipal Airport in July 1932 for Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt who flew to Chicago to personally accept the Democratic nomination for president. At left is the plane in which the Democratic nominee made the trip from Albany, New York.
