A process server delivers a summons to Drew Peterson at Peterson's Bolingbrook home, Wednesday. Peterson is requested to appear in court for a federal lawsuit. A Bolingbrook man alleges he was wrongfully arrested in May and that Drew Peterson broke his thumb at the police station, according to lawsuit filed against Peterson and other Bolingbrook police officers. Bolingbrook police say that Peterson was not working the day of the alleged incident.
